THE ESSENCE OF CHRISTMAS

Christmas is the happiest holiday ever celebrated in the world. It is being celebrated on the last month of the year and i is comemorated as the birthday of Jesus Christ, our redeemer. And Christmas is in the air that we can feel now the cold air brought by the season. Christmas is also just around the corner.

Well, for me as a young teenage girl the essence of Christmas is all about caring, sharing, forgiving and the most of all loving with each other. I say this because this is the best time to give our greatest love and care with other people. This is also the best way to give back the love and care that our Lord given to us. Not only our love that can we offer to them. We can also share with them the blessings that we have. And we also make to feel them the importance of Christmas. Those who are also suffering poverty are not usually celebrating Christmas. But we let them to put smile on their faces by giving them their needs. And to make them feel that they are also imporant to God, and they also feel that God loves them.

People from all walk of life are celebrating Christmas. But some peoplr are celebrating Christmas lavishly. What ever we celebrate the Christmas, we must remember the true essence of Christmas. That the true essecne of Christmas is all about for caring, sharing, forgiving, loving and peace with other.This season is also remembering the birth of Jesus Christ that is the only reason for Christmas.

MONTH OF NOVEMBER IS THE CELEBRATION

Do you know that November month is the Filipino Values month? Well, we have to know what is happening in our school. Some students don't know what is happening in our school. Especially this month of November, all they know is the feast of all soul's day and all saint's day, maybe there are also asking themselves if they see that some students are participating the said of sayawit.

Filipino Values month is the education of the values of Filipinos and information to focus the attention on the importance of making informed the good manners of Filipinos.This is to increase awareness on the role importance of the values of Filipinos. So when it comes to November month the Values department is busy preparing for the contests. If it is November month, some students are also busy composing their lyrics and preparing for the sayawit. These contest were the contestants by maximum of 25 members are going to sing with original lyrics that related to the theme and dance to make their performance livelier. Which Bonifacians won in the 3rd place.They also held a food fest which is composed of 10 members only. Which my classmates joined in this contest. It is where they cooked a less expensipe recipe and more nutritious. This is an inter-year level contest. Which the students will cook something is nutritious and they will see to it that their recipe is unique and delicious. Some contests are kite flying, tagisan ng talino, postel making and most of the film viewing. Every contests that is held the contestants must be relate the theme which is the: Pagpapatibay ng Pagkataong Pilipino, Tugon sa Hamon ng Buhay.

November month is designated as Filipino Values month for the purpose of creating awareness among students on the importance of the values of Filipinos which is the Filipino Values activities must be apply so we know what are the good manners of a Filipinos

MORE LEARNINGS DURING SECOND GRADING

In second grading I have lots of learning's than in first grading. Especially in our T.L.E subject, because this subject teaches us on how to create an html file and how to put an html tags that will should apply in the html file.

If there are challenges in first grading, there are also lots of challenges in second grading, like the periodical test. Especially in our test of T.L.E, because we do not just rely from our notes, we have also to apply that we have read from our notes in other words we must practice, so we must got a higher score in periodical test. Projects are also one of the challenges in second grading. Because in this grading, we give all our best so our projects are more better than our projects in first grading, so we can get a better grade than in first grading.

In all this challenges in second grading, I will doubled my time to review very well for the periodical test and I also think very well for a better project to pass into my teachers, so I will get a higher grade. In this grading were also happened the intramural meet in ISNHS. So all the athletes give their best to won in the game, so there grade in second grading are getting higher than in first grading. This all challenges in second grading in our school should we done properly so we can get a higher grade.

Moving on, I will work even harder and try to understand all the lectures so that I would not commit a mistake during our activities. I will also active in class and I have to focus in what our teachers talking about in our lessons, so I am not hesitating my classmates or teachers whenever I have a problem on our subject and in our lessons.

MY TEACHERS, MY HEROES

Teachers are the greatest educators in our life. Without teachers, all professionals does not exist.

Teachers are our second parents. Because they teaches us to become somebody someday. Right now I am considering all my teachers in secondary level as my heroes.Why I say this so, because they impart to us the full details of our lessons, so that we can understand easily. They are a very kind-heartedly and very understanding in helping us, not only our lessons but also when we have problems, like personally, emotionally and spiritually. But not in financially. Because we know that like us they are also families to support. Our teachers are not also favoring one of us. They are fair to all of us. And even do if we are some of us were doing a monkey business they are very cooperative in dealing with us. And if they thinking that their class is getting bored they make things possible to make us laugh, so their class makes lively and their students are more active in paying attention into their class. And most of all they are so generous to give a high gradesto us, if we are deserving the hig grades that they will gave to us.

For me teachers is my greatest heroes. But the best teacher of all is our mother. And the greatest teacher of all is our Almighty God.

Adapting To Diverse Science Culture For The Development

As a science clubber, I adapt myself to varied science cultures for the development of our nation. I must also lean more about science culture is. In this learning I should applied also what I have learned.

They called NATURE as our mother earth. But some people cannot understand what they are about. Because some of them are destroying now our nature. Like burning a dry leaves and plastic. In this case it may cause that our ozone layer may have a hole. The another problem that we are facing now is the FLOOD. Because they didn't plant another trees to change the trees that they are cutting for their furniture, so it will cause a flood. Because no one have to absorbed the water if there are a typhoon. Our forest is already denuded now, because it is allabout us why our forest is already denuded. If we are have a problem at the forest we are also have problem at the water. Because some people put their waste at the river or any part of a water. inthis case we are affected, because there are so many kind of fishes that will be poisoned. In that case we should not eat anymore a some kind of fish. Why we don't used the 3R's. That are composed of recycle, reused and reduced. Because there are also a biggest controvertial that we are facing now. It is all about the GLOBAL WARMING. How can we solve this biggest controvertial that we are facing now and what we gonna do to save our mother earth.

We can easily save our mother earth, if we have a cooperate to each other and we also know hoe to applied what we have learned in science or in science culture.

Flipino Dialect: From Baler to the Entire Philippines

Philippines is a multi language speaking nation, but they have a common language in Filipino or Tagalog.

Filipino dialect o Tagalog in short is the national language of the Philippines. This language is where the Filipinos can communicate with each othes. Filipino dialect became a national language when the then Manuel L. Quezon Became the President of the Philippines, known then as the commonwealth of the Philippines. He declares that Filipino or Tagalog will be the national language of the Philippines. His reason is that the Philippines must have a common language so that each and every Filipino citizen can communicate and understand with each other. In other words Filipino language has originated from Baler because Manuel L. Quezon is From Baler.

As the years passed by that order by Quezon was carried on until this day on. Although English language is the medium of speech by schools in the Philippines. Filipino language still Flourish among the students due to the fact that they have not forgotten what Quezon did to our language. He is the father of our national language. Yearly we are celebrating this event in the Philippines in honor of the late President Manuel L. Quezon and also in observing and giving respect to our national language which is Filipino or Tagalog.

The Philippines right now is known entire the world as the country of "ONE NATION, ONE LANGUAGE."

DISCOVERIES ABOUT THE EXPERIENCES AND CHALLENGES IN FIRST QUARTER

I have lots of learnings that I have in our school, like the subject T.L.E. I have so many learnings that I have in this subject. Because this subject teach us on how to operate and how to use computer, like creating a blog and knowing the history of internet.

In all my learnings, I have also many challenges in school in first quarter, like the periodical test. because you may have enough days to review so we can got a higher score when we had checking our test papers. Projects is also one of the challenges in first quarter. Because in this quarter there are so many projects that we were finished, to complete our grade.

In all this challenges in first quarter in our school, I should sacrifice the time to review very well for the periodical test and, I also sacrifice enough money for a good projects that that i wil pass to my teachers, so I will got a higher grade. This all challenges in first quarter in our school should we done properly so we can got a higher grade.

Moving on, I will study harder and I do my best for myself and tfor my future. All challenges and experiences that I have is one of my inspirations to reach my goals.And this also a thing that push me up to reach my amcisyon in life.

SPEAK ENGLISH OR FILIPINO PROPERLY WITH KINDNESS

English is the universal language of mankind. While Filipino or Tagalog is the national language of the Philippines. We must learn this, because this is so very important in each of every one of us. In other people they are saying that speaking English is so hard, because they didn't like to commit a wrong grammar. But there are also people who speak and speak English to improve their grammar in speaking English language. We ilocanos are mostly like to speak Filipino or Tagalog than speaking English.Because Filipino or Tagalog language are mostly we use to talk in every one of us. But we must also include to speak in a English language.
Every one of us must we need to speak English properly. Because this is our universal language. Specially we pilipinos, so when we like to go to abroad we can easily talk to the fereigner and we can easily also get a job in other country. In speaking English properly is not so hard to speak, because there are lots of teachers must be teach to us on how to speak English. We are also speak English always into our home so our youngest brothers and sisters must learn also a little bit on how to speak English. We should always speak in English, so we can use anytime and anywhere we are going.
Filipino or Tagalog language is so important to every pilipino like me. Because this is our national language. We must always using this language, specially to the ilocanos as well as the people living at the provinces of Mindanao and Visayas. Because there are people living in this places are they haven't usually using this language. This language is so important of all pilipinos, because we can easily talk to other people living in this country. We can also use always this language anytime and anywhere we like, but we must speak this language when we are only talking with other pilipino like me.

NUTRITIOUS FOOD, IS WHAT WE NEED

A nutritious food item is a food item that has a rich amount of nutrients in comparison to the amount of calories. When you eat nutritious foods, you are feeding your body the most essential vitamins and minerals your body needs to function. These nutrients may include minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids and fiber. There are several foods that are considered "super foods" and should be a part of your daily diet.

Eating healthy and nutritious food is very important for maintaining a good health. Healthy food involves regular and timely food, fruits, nuts and much more. A balanced diet consists of good food habits and is essential for a healthy life.

In the normal course of life, we forget to take necessary nutrition that is required for our body and hence we tend to get into many life style diseases. It is very essential for a person to know and understand the benefits of nature's creation like fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc.
Grains such as whole wheat, rye, barley, millet and oatmeal contain hulls and germ together. These are full of fiber, protein and vitamins and minerals. Breads and cereals with whole grain are nutritious.

We must also prevent lifestyle diseases so our body makes strong and healthy. Stop also smoking cigarettes and drinking liquor so we cannot suffer a lung cancer as well as heart attack. The junk foods that we are eating when we have snacks are not also good in our body. Because junk foods are lack in salt, so if we eat too much we might be having a kidney disease. Many people take vitamins to be healthier, but by eating the right foods (namely fruits and vegetables), also necessary. Because fruits and vegetables can help prevent cancer specially those are full of Vitamin C.

Since no single food group can nourish our body with all the vital ingredients it requires, it is important that we consume a variety of healthy foods to derive the nutrition our body needs. There are five main food groups, that we are need to make our bodies healthy and strong they are Fruits, Vegetables, Cereals, Fish and Meat products. A healthy balanced diet of these five food groups ensures essential vitamins, minerals and fiber. It is also important that one eat a variety of foods from within and across the food groups. As some foods from within a food group provide more nutrients than others.

Where as a nutritious diet can rectify underlying causes of diseases and restore one to wholeness of mind and body. Once we realize the connection between a wholesome balanced diet and good health, our food will be our medicine and maintaining good health will be a matter of making the right food choices and leading a healthy lifestyle.

Let us protect our body in different diseases and eat proper nutritious food to makes our bodies healthy and strong, because life is so important in each every one of us
